Reading this article was a strong indicator of where the new generation of technology is taking us. It seems to be that game companies are using social networks to increase revenue more and more. We tend to find these money thirsty companies that force games upon us as to '"cure our boredom" or expand our online resources are extremely annoying. While facebook is a useful and highly entertaining tool for teenagers, we have other technologies for gaming. We differ on opinions about the success of google plus versus facebook. But, the final verdict is: While gaming is enjoyable and a good way to wile away study hours, we don't need our social and gaming worlds to mix.
